The top-order batter further shared his excitement after meeting some of India’s top players during a recent practice session.
“In fact, we had a practice 2-3 days ago, where I met Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, Arshdeep Singh, and Shubman Gill. I know Abhishek and Tilak very well. Really excited and looking forward to it,” Jatinder said.
Jatinder specifically mentioned Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma as the two Indian players from whom he hopes to learn the most. He acknowledged the difference in playing style between top-order and middle-order batters and expressed his desire to gain insights from them.
“Shubman and Abhishek are top-order batters. Obviously, while playing in the top-order, the style of playing is different compared to the middle-order.
