Bangladesh vs Pakistan Match Prediction, 2nd T20I – Who will win today’s match between BAN vs PAK?

Bangladesh (BAN) square off against Pakistan (PAK) in the opening match of a three-match T20I series on Tuesday, July 22, at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladesh are in fine form in the shortest format of the game. They beat Sri Lanka in a three-match away series 2-1 earlier this month. Now, the Bangla Tigers started the series with a comprehensive seven-wicket win against Pakistan in Dhaka. On the back of Parvez Hossain Emon's unbeaten half-century, Bangladesh chased down a 110-run target in 15.3 overs.

Pakistan failed to adapt their game to the tricky surface. The Men in Green looked quite rusty, with wicketkeeper Mohammad Harris dropping a couple of catches. Only debutant Salman Mirza's performance was the silver lining for them. However, expect Pakistan to come back strongly as they look to keep the series alive.

The pitch is expected to be on the slower side once again on Tuesday. Batters will have to grind it out in the middle. Aiming for a total too high while batting first could lead to trouble. The captain who wins the toss will want to bowl first.

The experienced opening batter, Fakhar Zaman, was the best batter on show for Pakistan in the first T20I. He hit six fours and one six in his knock of 44 off 34 deliveries. Once Zaman gets himself set at the crease, he could do wreak havoc, even on a pitch which is not ideal for big-hitting.

The left-arm seamer Mustafizur Rahman could be the bowler to watch out for on Tuesday. He knows how to use the conditions to his advantage. Rahman bowled a brilliant spell in the first T20I, picking up two wickets for six runs in four overs. Pakistan will have to rotate strike better against the seasoned campaigner and also look to avoid giving him wickets.
