Dhaka Capitals (DC) take on Rajshahi Warriors (RJW) in match No. 24 of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2025-26 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet on Monday, January 12.

Mohammad Mithun-led Dhaka Capitals haven't had the kind of campaign they would have envisaged. In six matches, they have won just two and lost four. In their most recent fixture, the Capitals lost by 20 runs to Sylhet Titans. Ahead of this clash, the Capitals will face Noakhali Express on Sunday.

On the other hand, Najmul Hossain Shanto's Rajshahi Warriors are placed at No. 2 on the points table. In their most recent fixture, the Warriors got the better of the Rangpur Riders by seven wickets, chasing down a 179-run target with five balls to spare.

The Sylhet International Cricket Stadium has produced some intense encounters so far. Unlike many other leagues, the contests in the BPL have produced great battles between bat and ball. Chasing has been the more fruitful option so far at this venue.
