A huge six by Cameron Green over the deep mid-wicket region in Match 25 of IPL 2026 landed right onto the sponsor car, causing a dent in the beautiful vehicle. As a result of the same, the maker of the car, which also happens to be the title sponsor of the Indian Premier League, will be making a donation of INR 5.00 lakh to an environmental initiative, turning the accidental hit into a cause of charity.
The incident took place during the thirteenth over, as Ashok Sharma ran in to bowl the third ball, pitching it full on the middle and leg stump. Green, who was well set at the crease, found it quite easy to hit the ball long and hard enough, as the car had to cope with a blow, which caused a massive dent around the fender and side door region of the yellow SUV.

The six was one of the many hit by Green at the Narendra Modi Stadium, as he truly enjoyed his batting at the Motera wicket. The Australian all-rounder came in to bat at No. 4 and took a bit of time to get his eyes in before applying assault onto the Gujarat Titans' bowling attack. He was involved in useful partnerships alongside Anukul Roy and Tim Seifert.
