Delhi Premier League 2026: Match 4, ODW vs CDK Match Prediction – Who will win today’s DPL match between Outer Delhi Warriors vs Central Delhi Kings?
The Outer Delhi Warriors (ODW) will kick off their campaign against the Central Delhi Kings (CDK) in Match 4 of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) 2026 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday, August 02.
The Warriors will be looking to better their seventh-placed finish from the 2025 season when they come into their first game of the season. They will be bolstered by the presence of the likes of Priyansh Arya and Navdeep Saini.
The Kings were the dominant side of the 2025 season, topping the table before losing out in the finals against the West Delhi Lions. Led by former India U-19 captain Yash Dhull, they possess reliable domestic names and will be looking to push one step further in the 2026 season to lift the title.
The Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi is regarded as one of the country's most batting-friendly venues. The wicket stays true for most of the game, offering consistent bounce and allowing batters to score from the get-go. The shorter boundaries and quick outfield further enhance the scoring rate for the batting side. This is an afternoon game, where batting first could be a wise option due to the lower impact of dew.
Priyansh Arya, Aman Chaudhary, Mohit Panwar, Aaditya Sharma, Dhruv Singh (wk), Siddhant Sharma (c), Harsh Tyagi, Saksham Gahlot, Navdeep Saini, Shivam Sharma, Rushal Saini
Yash Dhull (c), Jonty Sidhu, Yugal Saini, Vansh Bedi, Siddharth Joon (wk), Aditya Bhandari, Keshav Dabas, Tejas Baroka, Money Grewal, Divij Mehra, Kuldip Yadav
Left-handed batter Priyansh Arya broke onto the scene with his performances in the Delhi Premier League in 2024 and has now become a regular name in the T20 circuit in India. Arya did not have the best of seasons in 2025, scoring 303 runs in eight innings and striking at 166.48, and will be looking to make a big contribution for the Warriors in 2026.
Right-arm seamer Money Grewal was the joint-highest wicket-taker in the 2025 season with 20 scalps in 11 matches and will be a vital presence for the Kings. He will be the team's main strike bowler and will be looking to carry the same form into the 2026 season.
