England all-rounder Jacob Bethell chipped in with a wicket against West Indies in the second ODI at Cardiff on June 1. England skipper Harry Brook won the toss and elected to field first, with Matthew Potts came into the playing XI. Shimron Hetmyer was brought into the XI for West Indies.
The left-arm spinner came to bowl the 44th over of the match with Justin Greaves and Shai Hope at the crease. Bethell delivered a fuller delivery on to the stumps as Greaves went for a big shot and aimed to smash it downtown for a maximum. However, he sliced the ball towards long-off where Ben Duckett took a low catch to his right as Greaves departed after scoring 22 off as many deliveries. It was a fine effort from the fielder as he completed this catch perfectly after England dropped a few chances earlier in the day.
