The fans at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara for the first ODI between India and New Zealand were in for a treat on Sunday, January 11, as star cricketer Virat Kohli kept them entertained throughout. Kohli, a fan favourite wherever he plays, pulled out the famous Naagin Dance move after Glenn Phillips was dismissed for a 19-ball 12.
The incident happened during the 34th over, as star spinner Kuldeep Yadav trapped Phillips as the latter attempted a cover drive, only to find a leading edge, that landed in Shreyas Iyer's safe pair of hands. As the players engaged in a huddle to celebrate the wicket, Kohli brought the Naagin Dance out, celebrating the breakthrough of the dangerous batter.
