The resumption of IPL 2025 has come with a huge blow for a majority of franchises taking part in the ongoing edition of the tournament. A good chunk of overseas players, especially from England, West Indies, Australia, and South Africa, have turned down upon their return or have let the teams know of their return post the league stage's culmination.
Australian pacer Mitchell Starc has returned home, whereas, England's Sam Curran and Jamie Overton are among those who will not be available for the entirety of the tournament now to prioritize their national commitments. Uncertainty still looms over Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood, the most successful bowler for RCB this season.
