He also shared a commanding 135-run opening partnership in just 70 balls with Josh Inglis, which laid the perfect foundation for the chase.

Nicholas Pooran then finished the game in style with an unbeaten 32 off 17 balls. CSK bowlers struggled to contain the aggressive batting display as the defeat pushed them down to sixth place in the standings, while LSG remained at the bottom of the table with four wins from 12 matches.
