The Rajasthan Royals (RR) will host the Delhi Capitals (DC) in Match 43 of the 2026 Indian Premier League at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The Royals have been one of the most consistent sides this season and are firmly in the playoff race. RR have won six of their nine matches and currently sit in fourth place on the points table. Their success has been built on a dominant top order, led by teenage sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who has taken the tournament by storm with over 400 runs, including a breathtaking 37-ball century. With the ball, Jofra Archer has spearheaded the attack brilliantly, picking up more than 14 wickets and consistently striking in crucial phases.
In contrast, the Delhi Capitals have endured a rollercoaster campaign. Led by Axar Patel, DC have struggled for consistency, fluctuating between dominant performances and dramatic collapses. Their season has been defined by extremes from posting a mammoth 264/2 against Punjab Kings to being bowled out for just 75 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their previous outing.
Despite having firepower in their ranks, DC have failed to string together consistent performances, leaving them in a tight battle for a playoff spot.
As the league stage enters its crucial phase, this contest presents a classic contrast, a well-settled and in-form Rajasthan unit against an unpredictable but dangerous Delhi side.
