The Rajasthan Royals have consistently been one of the most exciting sides in the Indian Premier League, known for backing young talent and playing an aggressive brand of cricket. Over the years, the Royals have built a strong batting core consisting of a strong blend of Indian and international stars.
Heading into IPL 2026, the Rajasthan-based franchise once again boast a well-rounded batting lineup capable of putting up big scores and chasing down challenging targets. With several players in top form and a fearless approach ingrained in their style, RR’s batters will be central to their hopes of making a deep run this season.
The 14-year-old boy wonder from Bihar, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is destined for greatness, but, as they say, the second season in professional cricket is much tougher than the first one. There is a chance that it might happen with Suryavanshi. He had a breakthrough season for RR last year where he scored 252 runs at an astonishing strike rate of 206.56.
He had also scored a record-breaking 35-ball century for the Rajasthan side, making him the youngest centurion in T20 cricket in men's cricket. This year, too, he is coming off after a stunning campaign in ICC U-19 World Cup. He will most probably open the innings for Rajasthan along with Yashasvi Jaiswal.
