Chicago CC lock horns with New York Lions CC in match No. 11 of the University of Texas Dallas on Thursday, October 9, at the National Cricket League T10 (NCL) 2025.

Dilshan Munaweera-led Chicago have not had a great start to the season. They started their campaign with an 11-run defeat to the New York Lions. In their most recent game, the defending champions suffered a 13-run loss to the Los Angeles Waves.

Meanwhile, the New York Lions lost to the Atlanta Kings by seven wickets after starting their campaign with a close win against Chicago. All eyes will be on the opening duo of Emilio Gay and Adam Rossington, as they have the potential to give New York some blistering starts inside the powerplay.

The T10 format is known for being highly favourable for the batters and unforgiving for the bowlers. However, this tournament has been different. The surfaces include a decent amount of help for bowlers. Batters from both sides will look to make the most of the powerplay overs. The team which bats first should look to put on a 90-plus total at least.
