PAK-W vs SA-W, 2nd ODI Match Prediction: Who will win today’s game between Pakistan Women and South Africa Women?

Table of Contents
Pakistan Women will take on South Africa Women in the second ODI of the three-match series at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, on Friday. The visitors lead the series 1-0 after a commanding eight-wicket win in the opening encounter.
In the first ODI, South Africa showcased their batting depth. Despite the early dismissals of Laura Wolvaardt and Sune Luus, the experienced Marizanne Kapp and in-form Tazmin Brits took control. Both struck unbeaten centuries, stitching together a match-winning third-wicket stand to guide their side to victory with ease.
For Pakistan, the result was disappointing after posting a competitive 255/4 batting first. The innings was anchored by opener Sidra Amin, who remained unbeaten on 121, while Muneeba Ali contributed a fluent 76. However, their efforts went in vain as the bowlers failed to break South Africa’s momentum during the chase.
Skipper Fatima Sana will be looking for a stronger performance from her bowling unit in the second game to keep the series alive. The hosts will also hope for continued contributions from Sidra and Muneeba at the top of the order.
The surface in Lahore promises to be a batter’s ally, with true bounce and even carry encouraging attractive stroke play. Pacers might find some early swing and seam movement under the new ball, but as the pitch eases out, their influence is expected to wane. Once the moisture disappears, set batters should find scoring much easier, putting pressure back on the bowlers. Later in the game, though, spinners could come into play, with the track likely to provide grip, sharp turn, and bounce to test even well-set players.
