Karachi Kings (KAR) square off against Peshawar Zalmi (PES) in match No. 32 of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Wednesday, April 22.

Moeen Ali-led Karachi Kings are struggling at No. 7 on the points table, having won three and lost four matches this season. Their net run rate is a disappointing -1.368. They started the tournament with three consecutive wins but have lost four games on the trot since then.

On the other hand, Babar Azam's Peshawar Zalmi is sitting comfortably at the pole position in the standings. They are the only unbeaten team in the competition. In eight games, they won seven, while one ended without a result.

Sufiyan Muqeem has been having a dream of a campaign this season. In seven matches, the left-arm wrist spinner has taken 17 wickets at an average of 11.06. He also has a fine economy rate of 6.71. Karachi Kings' batters will have to be wary of the threat he poses.
