The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 concluded on May 3 at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore with Peshawar Zalmi securing their second title under the captaincy of Babar Azam. They defeated Hyderabad Kingsmen by five wickets in the final.
Batting first, Hyderabad Kingsmen were bowled out for a modest 129 in 18 overs. Saim Ayub was the standout performer with 54 off 50 balls, including five fours and two sixes. For Zalmi, Aaron Hardie delivered a match-winning spell of 4/27, while Nahid Rana contributed with 2/22.
In response, Peshawar Zalmi chased down the target comfortably in 15.2 overs. Hardie capped off an outstanding all-round performance with an unbeaten 56 off 39 balls, striking nine fours. Although Mohammad Ali picked up 3/38, Hyderabad Kingsmen were unable to defend their total.
Aaron Hardie was adjudged Player of the Match in the final for his outstanding all-round performance, scoring an unbeaten half-century and claiming a four-wicket haul to help Peshawar Zalmi clinch the title.
Sufiyan Muqeem was named Player of the Series for his outstanding bowling performance, taking 22 wickets in 11 matches at an impressive average of 14.41.
Babar Azam, captain of Peshawar Zalmi, finished as the highest run-scorer in the Pakistan Super League 2026. He amassed 588 runs in 11 innings at an exceptional average of 73.50 and an impressive strike rate of 145.91.
Sufiyan Muqeem was finished as the highest wicket-taker in the PSL 2026, taking 22 wickets in 11 matches at an impressive average of 14.41.
Fakhar Zaman emerged as the leading fifty-plus scorer in the Pakistan Super League 2026, registering four half-centuries. Representing Lahore Qalandars, he scored 401 runs in eight matches at an average of 57.28 and an impressive strike rate of 151.89.
Babar Azam finished as the leading century-maker in the Pakistan Super League 2026, scoring two hundreds during the tournament, while five other players managed one century each.
Babar Azam hit the most boundaries in the Pakistan Super League 2026, striking a total of 60 in 11 matches.
Sahibzada Farhan and Kusal Mendis hit the most sixes in the PSL 2026, smashing 23 each during the tournament.
