Left-arm spinner Liam Dawson was the standout bowler of the match, returning figures of 2/48 from his 10 overs at an economy rate of 4.80. He claimed the key wickets of Jeffrey Vandersay and Dunith Wellalage, effectively wrapping up Sri Lanka’s innings and sealing England’s dominance.
