In an exciting encounter at Drummoyne Oval, Sydney Thunder dominated Perth Scorchers to win by 9 wickets with 10 balls to spare in the 15th match of the Women’s Big Bash League 2025-26. Voll contributed 43 off 31 balls, but it was Wilson and Litchfield who took control after her dismissal. Wilson, with 55* off 44 balls, and Litchfield, who scored 50* off 35 balls, guided Thunder home with clinical precision. Their unbeaten 104-run partnership ensured the chase was completed with 10 balls to spare, securing an easy 9-wicket win for the Thunder. The well-paced chase was a testament to Thunder’s dominant batting lineup and their ability to handle pressure.
