The third season of the Uttar Pradesh T20 League is all set to begin on August 17, 2025, promising fans another dose of high-octane cricket. The tournament will open with a blockbuster clash between defending champions Meerut Mavericks and last year’s runners-up Kanpur Superstars, a rematch of the thrilling 2024 final.
This year’s edition of UP T20 will run until September 6, with the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana International Cricket Stadium in Lucknow serving as the sole venue for all matches.
Six teams will compete for the coveted trophy — Meerut Mavericks, Kanpur Superstars, Noida Kings, Gorakhpur Lions, Lucknow Falcons and Kashi Rudras. While the Mavericks enter the season as the team to beat after their five-wicket win in last year’s final, each side will be eager to challenge their dominance.
