His milestone celebration saw him perform a gunshot gesture with his bat, which quickly went viral.

Farhan reached his fifty in just 34 balls, smashing Axar Patel for a six over midwicket before unveiling his rocket-launcher gun celebration. The gesture thrilled Pakistani fans in the stadium and went viral. After 12 overs, the Men in Green's scorecard read 103/2.
