Nizakat Khan anchored the innings with a valuable 42, while contributions from the middle order ensured the side reached a competitive score. For Bangladesh, left-arm pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib bowled impressively, picking up two wickets for just 21 runs in his four overs, including a maiden.

In response, Bangladesh chased down the target with ease, finishing at 144/3 in 17.4 overs. Opener Litton Das stole the show with a commanding 59 off 39 balls, setting the tone for the chase. Despite Shukla’s early strike and Ateeq Iqbal’s impressive spell of 2/14, the Hong Kong bowlers struggled to contain the Bangladeshi batters.
