According to the schedule released by the Asian Cricket Council, the India A vs Pakistan A encounter will take place on February 15. Interestingly, the same day will also witness the senior men’s teams of the two nations meeting in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, making it a notable date in the cricketing calendar.

India A have been placed in Group A alongside Pakistan A, the United Arab Emirates, and Nepal. The group promises competitive cricket, with each team eager to stake a claim for a place in the knockout rounds. India A will begin their campaign on February 13 against the UAE before taking on Pakistan A on February 15. Their final group-stage match will be against Nepal on February 17.

The decision to shift the tournament to Bangkok has provided a fresh start, with Thailand emerging as a reliable host for regional and age-group events in recent years.
