Women's T20 World Cup 2026: Match 24, SA W vs NED W Match Prediction – Who will win today’s match between India Women vs Bangladesh Women?
South Africa Women take on the Netherlands Women in match No. 24 of the ongoing 2026 ICC Women's T20 World Cup. This match will be hosted at the County Ground in Bristol on Thursday, June 25.
India will be hoping for a favour from the Netherlands. If the Dutch side can upset the South Africans, it would put the Women in Blue in the driver's seat to make it to the semi-final. However, the Proteas will be high on confidence, having won two out of the three games they have played so far, and a win on Thursday will help them put one foot in the knockouts.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands' maiden Women's T20 World Cup campaign has been a learning experience. They have already been eliminated, having lost all three games they have played so far. Babete de Leede and Co. will look to test themselves against one of the favourites to lift the title.
The County Ground in Bristol has hosted three matches so far. The average first-innings total has been around 120. All three matches have been won by chasing teams. The power play overs will be crucial in both innings. There will also be a lot of swing on offer when the ball is new.
Laura Wolvaardt (C), Tazmin Brits, Annerie Dercksen, Nadine de Klerk, Marizanne Kapp, Chloe Tryon, Dane van Niekerk, Sinalo Jafta (WK), Shabnim Ismail, Ayabonga Khaka, Nonkululeko Mlaba.
Heather Siegers, Phebe Molkenboer, Babette de Leede (C & WK), Sterre Kalis, Robine Rijke, Frederique Overdijk, Iris Zwilling, Myrthe van den Raad, Silver Siegers, Caroline de Lange, Isabel van der Woning.
Marizanne Kapp was dismissed cheaply in the first two games against Australia and Pakistan. However, she roared back into form during the important game against India. When her team was in a tight spot, Kapp smashed an unbeaten 81 off 45 balls to take her team home. She would want to continue from where she left off in that game.
While Kapp took a bit of time to get into the party with the bat, she has been on the money with the ball from the word go. The seam-bowling all-rounder has picked up six wickets in three matches at an economy rate of 6.58. The Dutch batters will have their task cut out while facing Kapp's new-ball spell.
